                                                      Vizianagaram Dist, Andhra Pradesh, India

His Holiness Sadguru Sri SWAMI RAMANANDA PARAMAHAMSA had established this Ashramam in 1965 as Sri Sid-
dhayogi Dr. Swamy Antarmukhananda as peethadhipati.

All are welcome to join Antarmukha Worldwide Movement (AWM) the inward and upward journey.

                                                                                                                                          121

Every human being is eligible to practice this irrespective of gender, caste, creed and religion and attain good health and libera-
tion or mukti, the very purpose of this human life, as ordained in the scriptures.

The Prophets of all the religions did the same Yogam, purifying body and mind simultaneously but, as time went by their fol-
lowers could not practice it properly, leading to diversification of mind and resulting in baseless and unscientific corrupted pro-

    cesses.

The antarmukha movement is to revive internal pranayama(Brahma Vidya) in its true form, in accordance with ancient scrip-

tures like Bhagavad-Gita, Upanishads, Bible, Quran etc. “Srutya, Yuktya, Swanubhootva” This Yogam generates mental ener-
gy by internal churning (friction) of vital force (prana sakti) where we get sound (Om) and subtle energy in the form of heat,
    called 'yogagni'.

Yogam is quite different from Yoga. Yogam is both for physical health and for purification of mind. (Sound Health and Sound
Mind). Easy to practice without touching the nose with the fingers, unlike in Hatha Yoga, where forced pressure is applied on

the mind. This Yogam is named as SIDDHA YOGAM taught from a Guru to disciple through initiation.

Yogam stimulates all cells of the brain with pure oxygenated blood. Impure brain will give rise impure ideas, which is the
source for superstitious (false impressions) which in turn misguides the true seeker away from attaining the spiritual heights.
