1. Take permission from Sri Guruji date of arrival and departure
before planning. Ashramam number 94926 19215
2. Carry all personal necessary items and also bedsheets and pillow
if you like.
3. Food and accommodation will be provided at ashram.
4. Ashramam stay is for sadhana and service, not for comfort.
5. Do involve in ashram activities women in the kitchen, men in
goshala and ashramam premisis, please note: there are no servants in
ashramam all are devotees only.
6. Please do not bring children under age 10.
The attitude of a devotee in the Ashramam environment should be "adjust
for everything".
But Ashramam provides everything for old
and crippled.
*Travel Details:*
By flight: Reach Visakhapatnam
By train : Reach Vizianagaram
Route: From Vishakhapatnam or Vizianagaram to Ramabhadrapuram then
to Kamannavalasa.
Take bus going towards Salur, Bobbili or Parvathipuram get down at
RAMABHADRAPURAM, take bus or auto going towards Badangi or Rajam,
get down at KAMANNAVALASA bus stop (nearly 7 KM). Or you can also
take auto from Ramabadrapuram to Ashramam directly.
From Kamannavalasa Bus stop take a walk to Aashram,You have
to walk few yards from bus stop road point to Ashramam
which is by the side of the village.

Please note: During Akhanda Pranayama days as accomodation is
limited, one may have adjust or limit their stay at Ashramam as soon
as you have tested for yourself by Sri Guruji.
Kamannavalasa is first punya kshetram of the 5 punya kshetrams to
tour for a siddha vidhyarthi's spiritual progress.

Kamannavalasa - Peetham and Samadhi, 2.
Dhavaleshwaram Narada Guha and
3. Bhavanipuram Dhyana Kuteeram.
These three places have to do darshan first.Then
Phalani and
Badagara or Vatakara.
