What are good days to reach Ashram?
Arrive Saturday before sunset and leave after lunch on Sunday. Keep in mind leave all bathrooms clean, lights turned off, floors clean. During Akhanda pranayama weekdays are also ok. Get permission please.
Before Starting
Please take permission of Ashram by calling before making any reservations +91 94926 19215.
Visiting is solely for sadhana and service and not for personal comfort.
If you have obtained permission, then you may start to pack. When packing, remember that you must carry all personal items with you, which includes bedsheets and a pillow. Keep in mind please do not bring guests and children. Only initiated or who is going to receive initiation should be in the Ashramam. No children please. Only 10 and above if they are initiated are going to be initiated.
What are Guidelines at the Ashram?
Service in the ashram: Women help in the kitchen, men can do service in the goshala and keep ashram premises tidy. There are no servants, only devotees please clean everything before you leave. Pay attention to usage of water, current. Please do not leave anything behind garbage in the rooms. We come to ashram with a motive to adjust for everything, but special care will be provided for the elderly and crippled. Speak less, do more sadhana. For sadhana wear white clothes both men and women, for puja you can wear festival clothes. Before you leave ashram, remember this is your ashramam and see what you can do for maintenance. READ MORE

By flight: Reach Visakhapatnam
By train : Reach Vizianagaram
You can take Uber or taxi from Airport or train station to Kamannavalasa direct. If by Bus get down at Ramabhadrapuram.
By bus: Take bus going towards Salur, Bobbili or Parvathi Puram get down at RAMABHADRAPURAM.
FROM RAMABHADRA PURAM TO KAMANNAVALASA ASHRAMAM you can travel by auto or bus.

BY BUS: Get down at Banayan tree (left side of the road). Take left after 20-meter walk, then take right after 50 meters and proceed straight up to 80 meters and take right towards Ashramam. Ashramam is on the left. 
In case you miss to get down at Gandhi bomma Junction and reach RTC bus stop. Then catch autos available in front of bus stand to Ashram
